I grew up in a small 5 mile town in the center of Massachusetts called Hopedale. I went to Hopedale Junior Senior High School, and I was a starter for the varsity field hockey and softball teams all four years. I am planning on playing softball here in the spring and I have always been passionate about the sport and it has taught me many valuable lessons that I use in my everyday life. Here at UNE, I am currently majoring in Communications and Media Arts with the hope of going into the marketing or public relations field. In high school, I had a project where I had to create a random item and then put it on the market in a fun/creative way that would catch people’s eyes, and I loved this project to the point where I started making stuff like that all the time for fun. I have always been interested in the social media aspect of marketing as well, and have hopes to take those marketing strategies and run a social media account for an important company one day.
