In my Intro to Communications class, we had an assignment that was labeled as “The House Special”. This assignment was where we had to go to a restaurant that was not super common, or a place you would recommend someone going to and then interview a worker at the restaurant and write a paper on the person you interviewed/the place. I chose Valeries Scratch Kitchen in Biddeford, and I had been there a few times and I personally loved the breakfast food there. I interviewed a waitress who has been working there almost as long as the place had been opened, and she had many good things to say about the restaurant.
